Hello sweet friends !
I hope all is well with you and I hope your Spring is in full bloom at your neck of the woods !
I created this "Spring and Easter" table to share with you all, besides it takes my mind away from all my many "duties" taking care of my ill mother, who some of you know had a stroke a month and a half ago.
Tablescaping is very entertaining for me, even if I will not have my dear mama at my Easter table this year.
Easter is such a pretty season and it has a happy and cheerful tone, specially for the friends that have the 'Four Seasons' and are leaving a cold Winter behind.
With that said, here is my setting.
The green napkin rings were made back at our former Ceramic Co. and they have a butterfly on top of each too. |
Here you can see some birds scattered around the tablecloth, along with ferns and flowers, which is the main reason I spotted it and thus, bought it !
I love this cheerful and happy tablecloth, I'm so glad I bought it without thinking twice, lol.. |
Faux tulips for the centerpiece. |
This is a beautiful spring table! Love the tablecloth. It’s bright and cheerful and is a perfect set up for the dishes. Your faux tulips look real and speak spring! I hope that your mother is doing well and will be able to join you for dining soon again.
ReplyDeleteFabby, I hope your mother is improving and I will be praying for her. Your table is beautiful and I must say the tablecloth is stunning. Your bird plates are the finishing touch to your setting! Wishing you a mos5 wonderful weekend sweet friend!

Dearest Fabby,
ReplyDeleteWhat a perfect and happy Easter table setting.
All about New Life and you had a keen eye for buying the perfect tablecloth to match your china.
Sad that your Mama cannot join you this Easter.
But the fact is that I've never could have my Mom here with us during Easter... They're inside our hearts, even with 8,000 km distance and more so now since she resides in Heaven.
It teaches us that we must treasure every minute of happiness together!
Hugs and Happy Easter Season to you and yours.
Mariette

ReplyDeleteHola, mi querida Fabb: I did not know about your mom! I’m so sorry to hear about her stroke. May her health stabilize soon so you can bring her home. Your table is so beautiful and perfect for Spring, Here in Chicago we are dying for birds and butterflies. The weather is still chilly but we’re hoping this is the last of the cold and we’ll be getting warmer temperatures soon. The China you are displaying in you cover is stunning. Your blog is always a treat.
