A Table Setting with "Toile de Jouy Placemats"

 Hello sweet friends !

I wanted to create a tea table again with my "Toile de Jouy" placemats I made with leftover fabric from my chairs.

I bought this coral beautiful material to reupholster my dining room chairs as it's been 25 years I hadn't, since dear hubby gave me this gorgeous Italian style dining room.

Therefore, while visiting my daughter in Miami, two years ago, I bought this lovely French "Paisanery" Toile in such pretty coral that goes with everything I place in the table.

So here is my tea table with my green dinnerware for eight, except I'm only using the teacups and cake plates, with my reticulated dinner plates as chargers and flowers to match.

Hope you like it too. Enjoy it.

Here I'm using my green china, which brightly pops up against the coral of the placemats.

Hubby said...Wow, matching galore ! Made me crack up hahaha...
You can see I bought deliberately the coral flowers and pink, as well.

As you can see, I had enough fabric to make a runner too.

And if you look up the window, there's also a 'Valance' that I was able to do with more leftover fabric from the chairs.
Very exciting !

Thank you so much dear friends for your kind comments, you always make my day !

Thanking the gracious hostesses for their inspiring parties.

LOVE,
FABBY
