A Happy Spring Setting 2016

Hello sweet friends!

Since my  last table setting was focused more in the spirit of the Christian 'Holy Week' leading to 'Easter Sunday;' I now created a happy Spring table with pinks, greens and whites.

The china for this Spring spread is our oldest set from 1977. I always liked this 'Naomi Rose, Anchor Hacking' set which was for many years our every day and everything else china, lol..

Ok, with that said, here is my happy and cheery Spring 2016 setting.

Our first china from the 70's, 'Naomi Rose, Anchor Hacking.'

I formed each place setting with a white cotton with openwork 'framed' placemat.

The napkins and the runner are a set with big pink flowers, which sort of goes with the big pink flower in the china, as well.

Each soup bowl has a bird's nest with little quail eggs. The nests were a gift from a friend that made them for me with natural fibers.

The water stems are pink and purple, plus Mexican hand blown wine glasses.

The French soldier has a marmalade bowl, but hot sauce will be perfect for a dinner party too.

At the right side - Flowers, little candy box with birds, hurricane and bird salt shaker.

At the left side - Hurricane, vintage French soldier bowl, flowers and bird pepper shaker.

At center stage and flanked by two flower vases is my beautiful "Shannon Bohemian Crystal" cake stand with pedestal- made in Poland, I bought last June.

Thank you dear friends for your sweet and kind comments, you always make my day!

Thanking the lovely hostesses for having me at their great parties.

LOVE,
FABBY
