Romance is here, for sure !

Hello sweet friends !

I created a tablescape for Valentine's Day with red and ivory, plus I love Valentine's and all that goes with it. The hearts, the red, the champagne, the romance, the flowers, etc...

In some countries there's also a celebration of Carnival in February, like In Rio de Janero- Brasil, New Orleans Mardi Gras, Venice-Italy, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Spain has ten Carnivals throughout Spain. I'm sure more places in the world celebrate it.
There is a long weekend here in Ecuador too, to celebrate Carnival, although nothing special happens, except great family and friends get together with special food for carnival time.

Our breakfast area is all set for Valentine's Day, that is, with a table all ready for the romantic 14th. of February and our buffet.

When we were just recently in Miami, I bought a beautiful "Toile de Joue" printed material with a background in a pink salmon and the French figurines, classic, for our dining room chairs, as their upholstery had seen it's days.

Next Wednesday the shop will deliver us the chairs, so I can't wait to share them with you, I'm so excited !

                             Happy valentine's

This setting was arranged on top of my red check topper. Ivory reticulated china, flowers and champagne glasses too.

Fresh strawberries on a heart bowl.

A simple bouquet in red alstroemeria and white callas.

The buffet with cute red teacups paired with some more pieces from my reticulated china.

Borrowed this red flower plant from my kitchen window sill.

I love the Cupids, they are so romantic. The berries in the heart bowl were soo delish !

Red teacups and cupids, what more to wish you all a very Happy Valentine's 2018.

Hubby gifted me with this gorgeous ivory reticulated china, complete for twelve place settings, 12 teacups and saucers, 12 chargers of the same, plus serving pieces, some 8 or 9 years ago and I loved it since.

Charger, dinner plate, salad plate and soup plate in the stock, except for the teacups which are not showing. I love this beautiful china Mr. Living gifted me some 8 years ago.

Happy Valentine's Day to you all.

Thank you for your kind comments, you always make my day !

Thanking the lovely hostesses for having me at their great parties.

LOVE,
FABBY
