Tea Party for a New Grandma

Hello sweet friends!

Last Tuesday I made a tea for my best friend Stephanie from NJ who is married to hubby's friend and lives here.
She just became a long awaited 'grandmahood,' from her DD Christina who had baby Collin in Dallas, Texas, where she resides and it's the first time baby came to Cuenca-Ecuador. A group of friends wanted to meet him.

Here are some pics I took of the two tables. We were 16 friends to greet baby Collin.

The table for six.
There was an antree I served in the living room.

I also served in the plates, a 'Carrot, Pineapple and Coconut Cake' and what you see in the tier. Tea and coffee.

Blue and white Onion china with yellow accents to greet the six month old baby Collin.

In the formal dining table there were ten place settings.

The two tier servers with the same I mentioned before, plus the Carrot, Pineapple, Coconut Cake.

My newest lace tablecloth I love.

Sunflowers for the touch of yellow, along with yellow napkins and bows for all three tiers.

My dear friend Stephanie with her first grandchild baby Collin.

I hardly had time to take much better pics, but at least I got these few to remember it by and were taken before the guest sat down, so there's no cake or entree yet.

Thank you so much for your kind comments, you so make my day!

Thanking the lovely hostesses for having me at their great parties.

LOVE,
FABBY
