FABBY: Romantic Valentine's Table for Two

HAPPY VALENTINE'S TO ALL OF YOU MY DEAR FRIENDS!

This is a small table for Valentine's for hubby and me, as we will be alone. The weather here is raining, so if it's not, we'll go out for dinner, and if it's raining will have some take out..usually Chinese and so just in case, I've set a table for Chinese Wanton-soup, with my heart soup bowls and Chinese tea cups and teapot for green tea. Romantic.. just for the two of us and by candle light. I'm joining this time dear Kathleen's for Let's Dish, at her fun and exciting Valentine's party..hope to see you there!

Maybe we'll have some champagne too. The small roses are called Midnight-red, as they're a very dark red. I bought them at a flower shop with some baby-breath.
The heart soup bowl for Wanton-soup. Alejandro and me in the picture frame..."the love birds", lol....heheheheheeehihiiii...
I thought these dark red, little roses were so elegant and different. The Chinese, white square teapot is one of my favorites and it also has an embossed Oriental sign in it. The red crystal stems were my Mil's.
At your right, the Chinese teacup for green tea.
I love the brown heart gift box, which I placed chocolates since hubby likes them so much. Ecuador has fabulous chocolate.
The heart box at your left is filled with candy, which hubby likes them too!

Woven fiber gold place mats, Chinese dinner plate, salad plate and heart soup bowl.
Here you have it..our Valentine's table setting for the two of us. Have a wonderful Valentine's! Sending you all my love and big hugs.

LOVE,
FABBY

Fabby, I always look to your roses first, to see what treat you have in store for us on any given post! I don't know how you manage to find such incredible colors! I also love the red wine glasses you inherited from your MIL. What treasure! It's not easy finding such a beautiful, deep red! Happy Valentine's Day to you and Alejandro!

Your motto must be Be Prepared! Your table is much more delightful than any you will find if you happen to go out for dinner. It would definitely make the Chinese takeout more tasty!

Hi Fabby,
So glad you came to visit. I love those roses, they are truly a beautiful color. I love that you have candy on the table. I might be tempted to just eat the candy and skip the take out! Happy Valentines! Dianne

The roses are so pretty, too. But not as pretty as the photo of the gorgeous couple! ;P

Happy belated Valentine's Day!

Hi Fabby,

Happy Valentine's to you! (a little late, or course) I love your pretty and elegant table for two. That white embroidered, hem-stitched table square is beautiful!! I also love your red stemware, the charming tea cups, and the heart-shaped soup bowls. Since I always seem to notice linens, I also LOVE your lace trimmed white napkins. Everything looks just lovely, Fabby!

Visiting from Seasonal Sundays -- have a great weekend.
