Don't You just Love Teapots?

Hello sweet friends!

I have a cold, which is getting better, so I've being in bed for four days.

Looking thru Pinterest the other day I saw a picture with many teapots on top of the dinner table, so I said to myself, what a great idea to take pictures with most of my teapots... I say most because I have an Oriental collection of eight, (they're all alike in different patterns), so I'm showing the different kind ones and mostly in porcelain, leaving the silver ones for another time.

Here they are... I was playing a little bit.
Hope to decorate for Easter next week.

Happy First Day of Spring 2016 everyone!

This pottery one, with a sheep on the lid is from our past ceramic company.

Up front a couple of antique ones from WWI, the Chinese with the dragon handle and from WWII the German one next to it... they both belong to teasets.

Most belong to tea sets and chinas.

Another hand decorated and with a little sheep on the lid.

Have a wonderful week ahead and Happy Easter.

Thank you for your sweet comments, you always make my day!

Thanking the lovely hostesses for having me at their great parties.

LOVE,
FABBY

  2. What an amazing collection. I have 1 teapot which was my Grandma's and I love very much although I don't actually use it very often. I'm afraid I usually just throw a teabag in a mug!

  3. That's quite a collection, Fabby! They are beautiful, all lined up on your table, like the Terracotta warriors in China. I don't think I've ever seen such a large, private collection. Just beautiful.

  8. oh yes I do! I am now enchanted with teapots after me and my husband visited London a year ago. Since then, we drink tea more often because of how 'royal'. But more so, how it is beneficial to one's health.
