Hello sweet friends!
Oh my goodness, after so much and finally coming back from Victoria's birthday, I had a hectic week! I finally could end up my 4th. of July patriotic table setting!
Most of you who follow me know I'm American too and I so love the good old USA and here is my Red, White and Blue to celebrate it! I am also watching the American team in the Brazilian Soccer WC and rooting for the United States!
I have a giveaway for my three year of blogging that sweet and lovely Kathryn is sponsoring me at her fabulous blog and parties: THE DEDICATED HOUSE..... and I am so happy for getting to know you and always learning so much from you... such talented, generous and wonderful friends in blog land.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GIVEAWAY: I will also send the giveaway winner to any place in the world and the only thing I require is that you "follow my blog alone," which by the way, it's all the way at the end of my blog!
Don't follow me anywhere else, as I don't care to have my blog running around.... you can also come and comment about my patriotic table and about the giveaway, I bought for you on my vacation.
I hope you like my giveaway, and it's posted here in my 4th. of July tablescape and they are eight place mats for your Summer tables.
I love you all!
Happy 4th. of July everyone!
The centerpiece is done in a tray, containing the red transferware teacups and teapot, flowers and American flag. |
I used two of my Historic Colonial Scenes, this Liberty Blue was created for the 'Bicentenial by Enoch Wedgwood of Stafordshire, England.' |
And two of the Royal Mail... both English Staffordshire dinner plates. |
The red salad plate is 'Old England.' |
I think most 4th. of July settings are very whimsical, right? |
I hope you like the placemats. Go to Kathryn at ANYTHING BLUE FRIDAY and MAKE it PRETTY MONDAY to enter my giveaway at: http://www.thededicatedhouse.com |
A close shot of the cute star bread plates I bought in the Dollar Store June 2013 in Miami. |
The candle holders in red and blue were made back at our ceramic Factory. They are part of a complete pottery dinnerware. |
Thank you so much for entering the giveaway and for following my blog...that's all you have to do! If you have followed me before, thank you so much! Thanks sweeties for your kind comments, as you always make my day! Thanking the lovely hostesses for having me at their great parties! HAPPY 4th. of JULY 2014! Hi Pinky! You did such a fabulous job on this! Love all the patriotic details. Those star plates are so cute. I like the dishes you chose and the blue mugs. The centerpiece is cute! That's such a nice giveaway you are offering! I'll go over to Kathryn's and check out the offer!
ReplyDeleteHello Dear Fabby....Congratulations on three years of blogging! That is wonderful.

ReplyDeleteCongrats on 3 years of great blogging, Fabby.
ReplyDeleteLove your festive table...so patriotic!
You have the red stemmed wine glasses I have been looking for! Luminarc France/Arcoroc?
Have a great weekend.
Fabby, I've always thought that I follow you, but I think that I was wrong. I just tried to find a link to follow you in the margin of your post, but I don't see one. Your Independence Day table is so vibrant and fun! I love the mix of transferware pieces. Thank you for inviting us for a peek. Cherry Kay
ReplyDeleteOh, Fabby! I love how patriotic your tabe is. I love everything about it. I am so happy you chose to blog because I love stopping by and getting to know you. Happy 3 years!
ReplyDeleteFound the follow link. Thanks! Cherry Kay
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Fabby! I'm inspired! Yes, I'm following you and would love to win your pretty placemats! I love the idea of lacing ribbon through the holes. Also, the plate you're featuring with the building with the clock tower looks just like the courthouse in the town I was born in. They've recently taken down that clock tower to make repairs and they put it back up this past week. It was all over Facebook! Big news in a small town of less than 1,000 people! Anyway, hope you're having a lovely weekend!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Sarah
Love the table and the red/white/ and blue theme. Keep up the great blogs. Please enter my name in the drawing.
ReplyDeleteSorry I said Pinky instead of Fabby! That's what I get for jumping from Facebook over to blogging!

Hi, Fabby! I'm so glad you're rooting for the U.S. in the World Cup! I haven't been watching, but I know our city has gone crazy for it all with lots of parties all around town. We have a very large Latino population here in the Kansas City area, so soccer has been pretty big for years around here. It's just exploded now, though!!!
ReplyDeleteYou've set a wonderful patriotic table to celebrate the 4th! You really went that extra mile with it in every way! I really, really love the red, white & blue enamel napkin rings!!!
You've only been blogging for 3 years? I thought it had been longer. Wow...time sure flies! Great giveaway to celebrate!
I hope you are enjoying your weekend. It's raining cats & dogs here!
