OK...so much for that. Here are some pics, no tablescape...DIDN'T HAVE TIME!!!
Victoria last Saturday going to her School Olympics, where she was performing too.
Victoria getting ready.
There she is...with her hoola hoop!
Going to a mass for the last day of Merry's Month with Cayetana's class.
Perla, my Sil's grandma, at your left, with Cayetana and Victoria in the middle and Yolanda, Sofia, my daughter's grandma..(my mom). I love this pic as the kids are with their GREAT-GRANDMOTHERS. Priceless!!
At the Park Zoo. I also took them there when mother was visiting me. I didn't want to show more animal pics as you've seen them all! The weather is HOT here...90 and humid! I'm not particularly happy in this kind of HOT WEATHER!
Victoria was so proud wearing this pretty top she adores, caz her mom bought for her at the Disney Cruise store..lol..
I also took them on a little train their school has and Cayetana loves it..hahahehe..
BYE, BYE.... |
Thank you for visiting us. Hope you have a wonderful weekend. I will, my daughter is coming back Saturday with her hubby, which I can't wait to see how he is doing after the spine surgery.

Hi Fabby, You have beautiful grand daughters, and you are so right. Young people are meant to raise children, but it's so nice for us to be able to enjoy them and help out when we are needed. You sound like you are a wonderful grandma. How wonderful that the girls know their great grandmas too.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Cindy
You must be exhausted! That is a lot of work, and 3 weeks is a long time! Good grandma!
ReplyDeleteIt will be good to get home and relax, but I know you will miss them! They are lovely!
Hi Fabby, I hear ya girl. I had a couple of grandies for a week and running them and picking them up from school was enough to wear me out. Sure did enjoy them, but yes God is so smart. The girls are so cute, look a bit like grandma. I bet they just loved having you there.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jann
Sounds like a lot of work but fun. Your grands are beautiful. Their hair, so gorgeous. You look fabulous. It looks like they may not want you to leave because they were so well cared for. So glad your SIL is well enough to come home! Have a great (relaxing) weekend Fabby!
ReplyDeleteHello Fabby!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you've had your hands full! Your granddaughters will always remember this special time you've had together! I hope your son in-law has come through this with great success!
Fabby - you are one fabulous grandmother! I had my three grands for one week and it was brutal!! Love them, but "whew"!! So glad all is well with your son-in-law!!
ReplyDeleteI totally get it....when you have the kids there's little time for anything else. I've started letting the granddaughters create the table when they are around. Have fun.
ReplyDeleteOh Fabby, WHAT WILL YOU DO when they go home??? It will be SO QUIET. This was a fun post. Your little ones are So BEAUTIFUL(they take after their Grandma)! "I LOVE their names". You have some GORGEOUS pictures that really need to be framed...
ReplyDeleteI'm praying for your SIL, hope everything moves along for them smoothly.
Big Squishy Hugs to you,
Donna

I've been doing a lot of the same but not having time to write about it! Thank you so much for continuing to comment on my blog even though I haven't been around at all!! I hope you have a great weekend!

Even tho it is tiring, still a great way to spend time with family.
ReplyDeleteOh Fabby, it made me tired just reading of all you've been doing.
ReplyDeleteYou've made wonderful memories for you and the girls.
You, your mother and granddaughters are so beautiful!!
Home sweet home and sweet rest is going to feel so good for you...
Hugs my sweet friend!
I feel totally tired just READING about everything you have had to do!!! I agree...leave the child rearing to the young people! It's fun to step in and help out, but God intended for us to take a break as we "mature." :-) Keeping my fingers crossed that Giancarlo is feeling much, much better. I hope you all have a good weekend!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous family you have!
ReplyDeleteMy PINK, have a nice weekend.

I'm so glad that you were able to spend this time with your beautiful granddaughters, Fabby. I can just imagine how much they must love their beautiful grandma! I know what you mean about God giving children to the young. I love every minute with my grandgirls, but you described it perfectly when you said "intense". ;) I'm really glad that your daughter and son-in-law are doing well and coming home. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
ReplyDeleteMy dear Fabby, I can imagine how tired you are. That kind of work is not meant for grandmas like us anymore, lol, but we sure love it, don't we? God is wise for not letting grandmas get pregnant at our age cause I know we can;' do that kind of work week after week after week permanently. You are beautiful and your granddaughters are so pretty. Hope your SIL continues to get better...Christine
