Hello sweet friends !
I hope all is well with you, I haven't been around for a few weeks, but I have Hosted my monthly Rosary prayers one week earlier today and I spread my table with the set of china from our past Ceramic Co. that Mr. Living owned.
I decided on hosting a "Baby Shower" for our daughter Sofia taking advantage that our daughter Alexandra and fam. is coming to stay with us for a vacay all the way from Madrid.
I will post the Shower next week.
In the meantime I revamp my breakfast area's buffets to make a slow transition from Summer to Fall.
With that said, here goes.
There's always something magical about all-white. |
My lovely (love it !) silver meat cover was a gift for Christmas from hubby several years ago. |
August Rosary tea tablescape. I used here my china tea set from my set of dinnerware for twelve places, which was hand made and hand decorated at our former Ceramic Co. |
The crochet table topper was hubby's grandmother's, as well as the embroidered little tea napkins. |
The decoration are hand made and are carnations. This china is Alejandro's favorite, so I always refer to it as, "hubby's china." |
Dear Fabby:
ReplyDeleteThis looks so lovely and especially that buffet with the beautiful curved rich wood doors....that is absolutely amazing. I always enjoy each table setting.
I love that you host a rosary tea each month. Please pray for my daughter, Summer. You have prayed for her in the past and I am so grateful. She has lost her health, her career, her possessions.
ReplyDeleteI always look forward to your beautiful posts! You have such a beautiful family! Congratulations on the new addition that will arrive soon!
Your handpainted ceramic tea set is stunning! That crocheted tablecloth is to die for!Hugs!

ReplyDeleteLOVE that all white display you have pulled together. It is gorgeous. Nothing like all white sometimes.
ReplyDeleteYour silver covered meat tray is gorgeous. What a wonderful gift from your hubby.
Your china is beautiful, too. I can see why it is so loved by your husband.
Can't wait to see some pictures when your kids/grands get there. What fun that they are coming. xo Diana
The silver fowl cover is beautiful, Fabby! I always love to see your Rosary tea table, and the ceramic dishes are so pretty. the tablecloth and the darling embroidered napkins are such treasures. I know the shower will be such fun!
ReplyDeleteFabby, what a lovely table! The crochet table topper is exquisite as is the beautiful tea set. The white on your buffet is so pleasing to the eye and beautiful! Happy weekend dear friend!
ReplyDeleteLove all the white grouped together. So, so bright and pretty.
ReplyDeleteI love your white collection together with hand painted hubby's china, these are genuinely amazing!
ReplyDeleteSuch stunning china. Never saw any handmade. Breathtaking. I would be afraid to use it as a piece might get broken. The little stand in your first photo where it appears a little blue boy is on the top, caught my eye. Thank you for taking the time to stop by my humble dwellings. Also, really got excited when I saw the image of my blog on yours. I am honored.
ReplyDeleteI did a comment, but guess I hit something and deleted it. I am no pro. Never saw that many dishes handmade. So gorgeous and I would be scared to use them. You are blessed having so many lovely things to share. The little stand on the end of where your lovely whites are displayed caught my eye. Appears a figurine on top. You are blessed to have so many gorgeous things to share. I am truly honored you have my blog listed on your sidebar. A real treat for me. Thank you for visiting and allowing us to enjoy part of your treasures.
ReplyDeleteHi Fabby, love that picture of the girl at the back of your buffet. You are so creative. Cheers from CArole's Chatter
ReplyDeleteI'm admiring both your elegant white dishes and your husband's favourite china. I agree that time flies and fall and the holidays will be here before we know it!
ReplyDeleteI always love looking at your tablescapes, and all of the wonderful pieces that you own. I particularly like your collection of white dishes. I have very few white dishes, but I think that I need to remedy that. I love the way they look all clustered together. Imagine how pretty they would look surrounded by greenery and red holly berries for Christmas. Or, maybe you were already thinking that way. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteFabby,
ReplyDeleteYour dishes are stunning!! Thanks so much for stopping by and for your kind comment!!
Hugs,
Debbie
