Halloween Table 2016

Hello sweet friends !

Hope you all are doing great and preparing for Halloween.

I finished all the cleaning and washing and arranging all I could in the new reno quarters of the house. The guest rooms look wonderful and now I'm trying to decorate the best I can, buying new comforters, sheets, spreads and little accessories, specially for the new bathroom. Hope I can share it next week.

For the time been I was happy to create my Halloween 2016 table setting, incorporating a little of the black and white 'Mackenzie-Childs inspiration' I did lately and, some of you have seen it too. If you haven't here it is again, lol..

Here you have it.

                                       HAPPY HALLOWEEN !

For my Halloween 2016 I used a tablecloth I made back in the Summer from a piece of cloth I found on sale for $4.50. Never used it for any tablescape here in the breakfast room, I thought it was perfect for this spooky spread.

I started with an orange dinner plate, a black salad plate and the black teacup is from another set as well.

The cloche in the centerpiece is very ghoulish with that 'ugly skull' and my Mil's antique poem book and keys.

The skull has batteries and it 'screams horribly' and red lights flick thru the eye cavities... the girls love it...hehehee

A little Halloween in the buffet incorporating the new black and white check M.CH. inspiration.

The ugly skull is doubled faced, in front and back, lol..

A simple vignette in the other buffet incorporating the witch hat as center stage.

Thank you dear friends for your sweet comments, you always make my day !

Thanking the lovely hostesses for having me at their great parties.

LOVE,
FABBY

  14. WOW, you really are ready for Halloween! You always have the most interesting table settings, whether they are spooky or sweet & lovely. What you've put together for your Halloween table is perfect! I decided to pass on actual Halloween decor this year and just do Fall & Thanksgiving. I love sitting out in our driveways with all the other neighbors with our candy for the trick or treaters, but the skeletons and spiders just aren't my thing.

Hope you are having a lovely week!
