Hello sweet friends!
I'm sharing my house for Christmas 2013, although it's bit down sized from the last holiday and holidays in the past.
Never the less, I am pretty decked out and ready for the wonderful birth of "Jesus Christ our
Savior."
I hope you like it, as your comments always make my day!
"WELCOME MY FRIENDS TO MY CHRISTMAS HOME" |
The skinny legged Victorian Family Christmas Carolers.. greet you at the entrance. |
The antique Colonial Spanish leather trunk is decked out too. |
The antique French foyer table facing the dining room. |
...and here it's facing towards the living room. |
The Meissen two tier server with faux fruit |
The chandy with some bling with small gold wreaths. |
Living room coffee table with a cloche and inside a Colonial Virgin Mary |
The Den with the tree and mantel in the back. |
Facing one of the couches. |
One of the antique bombé French end tables done up with a German Santa lamp. |
The other antique French end table done up with an Italian toy horse I love! |
This antique console that was my dear Mil's; I keep it at the entrance of the master bedroom. |
Apothecary jar that was also from my Mother in Law. The small lamp was a gift from mother for my birthday, two years ago. |
The dining table which is how I normally keep it. Some holiday blini in the chairs. |
The antique Italian chandelier with small wreath blinis. |
The antique Belgium buffet with an angel. |
The antique English buffet. |
There are more small touches here and there, but it'll be too many pics to bear! Thank you so much for visiting me, you always make my day! Dearest Fabby,
ReplyDeleteLove your German pyramid and you made me remember that I did find the tiny, tiny candles for replacing some broken ones. They are at my friend's place in The Netherlands so it won't be till Christmas 2014 that I can assemble them... Loved the pyramid and it sure is a keeper.
Compliments for matching those golden wreath so perfectly with your chandelier! Looks like magazine material. You got such a keen eye for designing things... true vision!
Are those Italians not masters in creating pieces such as your toy horse?
Beautiful apothecary glass and filled with pine cones it is a perfect addition!
Love your home and hope you will enjoy it!
Hugs and happy weekend and second Advent.

The tree in the den is beautiful, it sparkles and radiates out with the warmth of your ornament collection.
