Hello sweet friends!
My goodness, we are here saying goodbye to 2014 as fast as it came, wow!
This tablescape is dedicated to this New Year's Eve, that will be this Wednesday, therefore I placed a "Rooster kiquiriqui" to remind us when 12 pm arrives and we can start celebrating the new year, 2015.
"I want to THANK YOU ALL my sweet, sweet friends for all your visits and support and really, I cannot THANK YOU enough! "
Your generosity is what keeps me inspired and wanting to continue blogging, because you're all so wonderful, with so much goodness, which makes me feel that I want to know about you, your families, your new grandchildren, great-grand ones, your own new borns and all the prayers we send to each other in times of need and I miss you when you go away for a while.
We share a lot and it's not only the amazing posts you create, but you, yes you, are all my wonderful and awesome friends I'd never want to miss not knowing about, so you will have me forever blogging, unless you all decide to disappear from your computers, lol!
I want to wish each and everyone of you dearest friends lots of happiness, love, good health and prosperity for you and your dear families.
This table setting is dedicated to you all.
¡ HAPPY NEW YEAR 2015!
¡FELIZ AÑO NUEVO!
For my New Year's Eve Table setting and my last tablescape this year, I used two pattern dishes in black and white, paired with lots of silver, as last year's my NYEve table was gold and white. |
The tablecloth is also a satin silver brocade that over three years ago I repurposed it from my old dining room draperies. |
My beloved pewter, first ever chargers and one black and white set of dishes, since I mixed and matched two sets of four, for this table.. |
This is the other place set in a black and white pattern as well. Both sets are from 'Multiple Choice.' |
I know it's hardly visible, but the silver balls on the soup bowls have each our names written on them. |
Champagne, water and wine Venetian, hand etched stems. |
The flatware is 'Reed and Barton' and the four candle sticks are mercury glass...along with the votives, where the candle light 'looks blue' in the pics and I have NO clue why, lol! |
Red roses and fragrant Jasmine from our condo's garden. |
