FABBY: Tartan and Burlap for November's Rosary and Tour 1

Hello sweet friends!

Here is my tables for November's Rosary gathering. I've set two tables: In the formal dining table with a new pretty tartan tablecloth I found recently, quite inexpensive and a gorgeous Christmas printed burlap square tablecloth for my round table.

We are going on a tour to the Ecuadorian Orient with my brother Joe and my Sil, Alejandro's sister...yes, we are married brother and sister and vice versa, lol..

However, on Thursday very early will be traveling and I so wish you and yours a very blessed and happy Thanksgiving day and weekend. Enjoy every minute with your dear ones.

This one is a 'small tour of the breakfast area and formal dining room' and simple, not over done Christmas vignettes I've created for my holiday décor.
I'm all decked out for the Christmas holidays and for the Rosary tea tomorrow, so there will be Tour2 and 3, which will be the kitchen.

I was so lucky to find this pretty plaid tablecloth with twelve napkins and napkin rings quite inexpensive for this Christmas.
I am using it now for the Rosary gathering.

I have a complete Christmas dinner china for 16 place settings Alejandro gave me for my birthday some 20 years ago...at least!
The dishes are 'Lynn's Fine China.'

As chargers for the tea places I used my reticulated dinner plates...they also helped to make a nice contrast with the plaid in the spread.
The center triangle is of a gold chiffon I used for creating softness for the centerpiece.

I also found on sale this lovely branch with an adorable bird nest and a cute little nest too; that I've used as the centerpiece.
I will need space for the food, so this is pretty, but simple at the same token.
I added the ceramic birdies.

The vignette on the left side of the buffet and I added one of my fave pieces, the porcelain Italian toy horse that's been around many years.

On the right side of the buffet the vignette has dishes from our past Ceramic Co. and this lovely angel in green velvet. All the pieces have seeing many a Christmas.

The antique Egyptian console has a vignette with a Nativity under the cloche.

The door with the wreath leads to the kitchen.

A close up of the Nativity under glass.

This small antique console belonged to my In-laws, where I created a small and simple vignette with antique books.
This little table is right at the small entrance to the master bedroom.

Not a very good pic, but chandy also got some blintz for the Christmas season.

Tour No.2 will be the foyer, entrance, living room and den, where the fire place mantel and tree is up.

I'm way crazy about this Christmas printed burlap table topper, which is a new find this year as well.

Some of my friends will have to confirm their assistance to the Rosary, so I kept it uncluttered for the food and maybe two more place settings.

Italian red and green glasses and the pitcher was made by us and set up in our heirloom nesting tables.
Some ladies might wish some water after tea time.

In the antique English heirloom buffet is a tray with the teaset, designed and made at our former Ceramic Factory. I will use it for the round table.

And opposite, a simple vignette on our Belgium buffet with a tall, skinny wooden angel and German Santa. I haven't moved anything from here as is all year round.
All my vignettes are not overdone with holiday décor, but just enough.

Isn't it such a pretty burlap material on this tablecloth?
It is also my first 'burlap' anything, lol!

This is it, my November's Rosary gathering for prayers and a small tour of the dining areas.
We will pray for all the sick we know, so you can count on it if you wish. Piece in the world and the countries we live in and our dear families.
Thanking all the goodness we have received , from our 'Lord Jesus Christ.'

Wishing all of you a very happy and beautiful Thanksgiving day sweet friends and thank you for your kind visits, you so make my day!

Thanking the lovely hostesses for having me at their great parties.
A special thanks to the ladies that support me by featuring my posts and they honor me so.

LOVE,
FABBY
