This is a small table for Valentine's for hubby and me, as we will be alone. The weather here is raining, so if it's not, we'll go out for dinner, and if it's raining will have some take out..usually Chinese and so just in case, I've set a table for Chinese Wanton-soup, with my heart soup bowls and Chinese tea cups and teapot for green tea. Romantic.. just for the two of us and by candle light. I'm joining this time dear Kathleen's for Let's Dish, at her fun and exciting Valentine's party..hope to see you there!
Maybe we'll have some champagne too. The small roses are called Midnight-red, as they're a very dark red. I bought them at a flower shop with some baby-breath.
The heart soup bowl for Wanton-soup. Alejandro and me in the picture frame..."the love birds", lol....heheheheheeehihiiii...
I thought these dark red, little roses were so elegant and different. The Chinese, white square teapot is one of my favorites and it also has an embossed Oriental sign in it. The red crystal stems were my Mil's.
I love the brown heart gift box, which I placed chocolates since hubby likes them so much. Ecuador has fabulous chocolate. |
The heart box at your left is filled with candy, which hubby likes them too! |
Woven fiber gold place mats, Chinese dinner plate, salad plate and heart soup bowl. |
Here you have it..our Valentine's table setting for the two of us. Have a wonderful Valentine's! Sending you all my love and big hugs. LOVE, FABBY |
