Hello sweet friends !
Oh my, Father's Day is just around the corner, how time just flies !
This table is set for seven, so one upper place is with some serving pieces of my mother's Limoges beautiful china she gifted me several years ago. I paired it with my MIL's antique dinner plates cause I wanted to be sort of manly, not so very matched, I mean.
Here I also placed as centerpiece the gorgeous French 'Art Nouveau' piece that was from my Father in law's home, so who knows how old it is ! The great part is that it matches perfectly with the aqua color of the Limoges dishes.
This tablescape is also my 'Summer' collaboration, taking advantage of all the seashells here.

| I used my 'surfside' chargers for this setting, to enhance this mainly aqua Sea Summer table for 'Father's Day.' |
I paired it with my Mil's antique dinner plate so not to do a 'matchy-matchy' manly table spread.

| This gorgeous antique centerpiece came from my FIL's family and it's French Art Nuovo or earlier. Hubby's mother left it to us because the initials are like ours, "C-A." |

| I spread natural seashells all around the table. The 'Spondylus' bowl is for the hot sauce. |

| The natural seashell is for the delish 'Coquille St. Jackes,' which is always a favorite of Mr. Living... and all of us, of course. |

| Serving pieces from the Limoges china mother gifted us. A shell and wood serving spoon. The Spanish wine is a "Mar de Frades" which is perfect as it means the "Sea of Frades." |

| The stems are 'Mexican hand blown' from many years ago. |

| The friends that visited my last post, where I explained how I made these placemats and runner from material left over from the 'Toile' dining chairs and I lined them with this pretty brocade which fortunately has aqua in the pattern; perfect for the aqua "Limoge" china and antique French heirloom centerpiece ! |
